What postal service do you use?

All items to the USA are dispatched Recorded or Special delivery (trackable). Cut off for these services are 3pm. Recorded delivery takes approx 3/4 working days to the USA. This is subject to change during Christmas and other gift giving occasions. Special delivery approx 48 hours (both services are weather dependant) as all items are flown off island. Please note we do not have an outward postal service on a saturday; therefore all orders placed over a weekend will be dispatched the following monday regardless if you have received a postal tracking reference. We may require emailed proof of ID if you want delivery to an address other than your billing address.

Insurance

We have been dispatching goods for over 10 years. Through this we have developed a quality control system for packaging which ensures that every effort is made to protect your items for their time in transit. Therefore we guarantee safe delivery of your items, and therefore cover any loss or damage to your goods while in transit. This guarantee excludes any charges that may be incurred for failed delivery and or subsequent re delivery.

Pre - Orders

Payment is captured immediately on all pre orders. Items will then be dispatched as soon as pre order stock arrives in store.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We offer an International shipping service. All items are dispatched International Signed for, and prices are calculated on weightage. Please contact us for further details and click here to view our shipping and delivery page.

How do I pay?

We accept payment through PayPal.

Gift Wrapping

We offer a complimentary gift wrapping service on all items purchased. Please tick the "gift wrapping box option"at checkout. This is subject to change during busy gift giving periods.

Loyalty & Rewards Programme

We offer an online loyalty or rewards programme for customers (details on our home page under rewards).  You will automatically be enrolled once an online account is opened, and your first order marked as fulfilled. Please note reward points can not be added, amended, deleted, or reinstated during special offers, flash sales or promotions.
