Exchanges & Returns

we are happy to refund or exchange any purchases from its website, www.aduraic.com, however this policy does not apply to the following goods which are exempt once they have been received by the customer.

You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email or write to us at 3081 Green River Ct, Reno, NV 89503 United States or email support@aduraic.com. You do not have to give a reason for cancellation; however a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and include all original packaging, warranties that may have been inside the box. Postage charges incurred when  returning the items will not be refunded. Except in the case of damaged goods, returns will be accepted and refunds will be made minus the cost of our initial postage.

If you fail to return the goods within a reasonable timescale, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Please allow 10 working days for us to receive your items, process your return and confirm your refund amount. You can track your return and we'll send you an email when this has been done.

Once your return has been processed, please allow the following times for your refund to reach you, depending on your original payment method.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
